Welcome to Nymix. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they keep Nymix safe and fair for everyone. Questions? support@getnymix.com.

1Who can use Nymix

• You must be 18 or older to use Nymix. No exceptions.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement and not barred under any applicable law.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2Your account

• Sign in with your phone number (OTP), Google, or Apple, and keep your login secure.
• Provide accurate information — impersonation and fake profiles are not allowed.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.

3Verification

• Successful face verification is not required for access — the process is presented during onboarding, but unsuccessful or incomplete verification continues with an unverified status. Verified, pending, and unverified accounts have the same access. A verified badge only means a live person matching the profile photo completed the check; it is not proof of identity, name, or age.
• Attempting to trick or bypass verification (photos of others, spoofing) is prohibited and may lead to a ban.

4Community conduct

To keep Nymix respectful, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, hate-speech, or endanger anyone.
• Post nudity, sexual content involving minors, violence, or illegal material.
• Solicit money, run scams, spam, or advertise.
• Share others' private information, or another person's images, without consent.
• Use bots, scrape data, or attempt to break platform security or rate limits.

5Your content

• You own the photos and text you post; you grant Nymix a limited licence to display them in the app.
• Truth or Dare posts auto-delete after 7 days.
• In chat and Circles, secure photos can be view-once or timed.
• You're responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

6Safety & moderation

• Content and profiles may be screened automatically and reviewed by our team.
• You can block or report anyone at any time; we aim to review and act on reports within 24 hours.
• We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these terms.

7Purchases & subscriptions

• Nymix is currently free — there are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, and no payment details are collected.
• If optional paid features are introduced later, the price and billing terms will be shown in the app before purchase, and billing (including any refunds) would be handled by the App Store or Google Play.
• Eligible founding members will receive the paid tier free when it launches.

8Termination

• You can delete your account any time in Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put members at risk.

9Disclaimers & changes

• Nymix helps people meet, but we can't guarantee outcomes or fully vet every interaction — always meet safely.
• The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app. Continued use means you accept them.

10Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nymix and its officers, employees, and partners aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other users.
• Where liability can't be excluded, our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
• This cap doesn't apply where the law won't allow it to — for example, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

11Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold Nymix harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party right.

12Governing law & dispute resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts at Mahabubabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app.
• Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws. Raise grievances via our Grievance Officer.
