Child Safety Standards

Nymix has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards meet Google Play and Apple App Store child-safety requirements. To report a concern, email child-safety@getnymix.com.

1Our commitment

• Any content, account, or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited.
• On detection, we remove the content, permanently ban the account, and report to the relevant authorities.

2Age requirement

• Nymix is a dating platform strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Minors may not create an account or use the service under any circumstances.
• Age is verified during onboarding. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are removed immediately.

3Prohibited content and conduct

The following are never permitted and are reported to authorities on detection:

• CSAM — any image, video, or media depicting a minor in a sexual or abusive context, real or computer-generated.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Solicitation of minors — requesting sexual content, contact, or meetings from anyone under 18.
• Child trafficking — advertising, arranging, or facilitating the exploitation or trafficking of minors.
• Sexualization of minors — any content that sexualizes a person under 18.

4How to report

• In-app report button — available on every profile and every post; reports are reviewed as a priority.
• Direct email — child-safety@getnymix.com.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or Childline India at 1098 right away.

5Where we report

Upon detection or a credible report of CSAM, Nymix reports without delay to:

• NCMEC CyberTipline — www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline.
• National Cyber Crime Portal (India) — cybercrime.gov.in.
• Childline India — helpline 1098.
• Local SJPU — the Special Juvenile Police Unit, Telangana.
• Law enforcement — we cooperate fully under the POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000.

6Enforcement

• When CSAE is confirmed, the account is permanently banned and all offending content is removed.
• Relevant data is preserved for law enforcement in accordance with applicable law.
• Accounts banned for CSAE are never reinstated. There is no appeal and no exception.
