Community Guidelines

Nymix is for adults 18+ and is built on respect, consent, and safety. These guidelines apply everywhere on Nymix — your profile, photos and media, messages, Circles, and Truth or Dare. Following them keeps the community safe; breaking them can lead to losing access.

1Adults only (18+)

• You must be 18 or older to use Nymix.
• Nymix is not for minors, and content involving minors in any sexual context is never allowed.
• If you believe a minor is using Nymix, report it to child-safety@getnymix.com.

2Respect, consent and boundaries

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Consent matters — for conversations, sharing media, and meeting up.
• Respect personal boundaries; when someone says no or stops replying, move on.

3No harassment or abuse

• No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or intimidation.
• No doxxing or sharing someone's private information without their consent.
• No unwanted, repeated, or abusive contact.

4No hate or discrimination

• No hate speech, slurs, or dehumanising language.
• No discrimination or attacks based on protected characteristics such as caste, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

5Be authentic — no impersonation

• Use real, recent photos of yourself and be honest about who you are.
• No impersonation, fake or deceptive profiles, or misrepresenting your identity or intentions.

6No scams, solicitation or spam

• No romance scams and no asking members for money, gifts, or financial help.
• No prostitution, escorting, or offering or soliciting paid sexual services or meetups.
• No spam, advertising, recruiting, or commercial promotion.

7Sexual content and consent

• No sexual exploitation or coercion of anyone.
• No sharing intimate or explicit images of another person without their consent.
• Keep sexual content within our content rules; prohibited explicit material is not allowed — including as Circle topics, prompts, or dares.

8Child safety — zero tolerance

• Nymix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any sexualisation of minors.
• Grooming, or any attempt to involve, contact, or sexualise a minor, is strictly prohibited.
• When we find such content we remove it, permanently ban the account, preserve evidence, and report the matter to the relevant Indian authorities as required by law.
• Report child-safety concerns in the app or to child-safety@getnymix.com.

9No violence, trafficking or illegal activity

• No threats or promotion of violence, and no human trafficking or exploitation.
• No sale of weapons or drugs, and no other illegal activity.
• No content that promotes self-harm or other dangerous acts.

10Content and media rules

• These rules apply everywhere on Nymix: your profile, photos and media, messages, Circles, and Truth or Dare.
• Do not post prohibited content as Circle topics, prompts, dares, or in any shared media.
• Only share media you have the right to share, and never share someone else's private or intimate images.

11Meeting and location safety

• Meet in public places and tell someone where you are going.
• Trust your instincts; you can block or report anyone at any time.
• Nymix does not run background checks. A verified badge only confirms a live person matching the profile photo — it is not proof of identity or age, and not a guarantee that someone is safe.
• You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline.

12Reporting and blocking

• You can report any profile, photo, message, or content directly in the app.
• You can block anyone; blocking works both ways, so a blocked member cannot contact you.
• Please report anything that breaks these guidelines so our team can review it.

13Enforcement and appeals

• Reports may be reviewed by our team, which considers the context — not just the number of reports.
• The number of reports alone does not automatically restrict an account.
• Depending on the violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, temporarily limit your visibility or features, suspend an account, or permanently ban it.
• Serious violations — such as child sexual abuse or non-consensual content — result in an immediate permanent ban.
• If we temporarily restrict your visibility in discovery, we notify you, the restriction is time-limited, and you can appeal it.
• We do not use silent or hidden automatic restrictions, and not every report leads to a specific outcome.
• Where the law requires, we may preserve evidence and report matters to the relevant Indian authorities.
